Marc Jenkins, a former Olympic triathlete has been selected to stand up for our community at the next General Election.
Marc was born, bred and continues to live here in South Wales and says he is standing for election to make a difference in our community.
Marc, who competed for Great Britain in the 2004 Athens Olympic games said "I'm not a traditional politician, I think my background makes that clear, but I'm standing to be our MP because I want to make sure our community isn't ignored.
Marc added "We've seen all too often from the Labour Party here in Wales that our voices are ignored over things like blanket 20mph speed limits and more politicians in the Senedd. I want to be a loud, passionate voice for our community, in stark contrast with a complacent Labour Party."
